Access to the flat , which benefits from its own covered carport, is by lift or stairs from the communal entrance hall. The main entrance is reached by stairs or ramp. There is a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area, electric oven, gas hob, fridgefreezer, washing machine with integral dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Ample crockery, cookware, glassware and cutlery are provided. The flat has an entry phone and shared binstore by the covered parking. Rates vary from £575 per week in peak-season to £300 in low-season.

All bed linen, towels, electricity, central heating throughout and gas are included in the rent. Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own. Sorry no pets or smoking inside. Please arrive after 4pm on start date and departure by 10am on last day of holiday. A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to start of holiday. A refundable security deposit of £100 is required against breakages and damages with the deposit. The deposit will be refunded within 10 working days of returning the keys providing everything is in order after checking the flat.
